Registration for the sailing school camp is open on the Clubs Studio platform! Easily access all the essential information and follow the steps below to join. By logging into the portal, you’ll find all the camp details as well as many answers to your questions.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR CHILDREN

You do not have a Clubs Studio account?

1. Identify the person responsible for your family (main account holder).
2. Create an account as a parent via https://app.clubs.studio/en/signup/64031​. This person will be responsible for creating the family account and then adding family members (athletes, other parents and volunteers).
3. Add your child from the 'Family' menu and other family members. E-mail addresses for children are optional.
4. Register your child from the 'Registrations' menu. Choose the desired activities by selecting the child's name in the Registration menu. If no activities are available for an athlete, please check his/her date of birth by editing his/her profile (from the family menu).

You have a Clubs Studio account for another club?

1. Log into your Clubs Studio account as a parent https://app.clubs.studio/en/login/sbyc 
2. From the 'Clubs' menu on your computer or the profile menu on your phone, choose the option "Join a club". Navigate to Sargent's Bay Yacht Club and use this code "64031" to join.
3. Your family will then be imported into the new club. Or you can add the names of other children by registering a new athlete in the Inscription/Registration menu.
4. Register your child for the desired weeks by selecting his/her name in the Inscriptions menu. A minimum of 2 weeks is required.
5. You can add the names of other children by registering a new athlete in the Registration menu.  If no activities are available for an athlete, please check their date of birth by editing their profile (from the Family menu).

​Registration is considered complete once we have received the signed code of conduct form and payment of the registration fee. 

PROGRAM
VoileCAN 1-4 certification program for young people aged 8 to 17. This program is offered Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

1. MINIMUM AGE: Sailors must be 8 years old on June 29th and up to age 17 to attend camp.
2. SWIMMING SKILLS: Sailors must be able to:
   1. swim 30 meters without assistance and
   2. to thread water for at least 2 minutes.
3. 2 WEEKS MINIMUM: each sailor must register for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks.
4. BECOME A MEMBER: Every sailor becomes a member of the club when they register for the sailing school. Membership is annual and offers many advantages, including the chance to win trophies!

CAMP OPERATIONS RELY ON PARENT VOLUNTEERS
We count on the participation of all families and registered sailors to assist with setting up the facilities during the opening and tidying up during the closing of the sailing camp. The dates will be announced on Clubs Studio.

PRICING
​1. Price for 1 week - $455 (Minimum of 2 weeks)
2. Annual membership fee / Membership $255 per sailor
